Create a reviewable edition record
Store the subject, introductory note, selected content, link destinations, and intended release decision. Keep audience management in the appropriate sending system rather than embedding reader details in the editorial brief. Reuse approved excerpts without silently changing their factual qualifications.
Preview the complete message
Check the subject alongside the opening, images, links, and footer behavior in your chosen provider. Test the version readers will actually receive. A correct source document can still be transformed unexpectedly during a transfer or formatting step.
It has a clear theme, working destinations, intentional distribution settings, and a final approval. RSS is a separate option for following published material and does not require this site to collect email addresses.
